What is our philosophy? What is our vision?
As an organization we work exclusively with up-and-coming young artists who are just at the beginning of their career. We support and coach them in creating their future as an actor.
We are seeing our main task is in offering opportunities to present themselves as an artist by organizing domestic or international singing- and acting- audits in big Opera Houses and Theaters.
Within this cooperation we clearly indicate that we do not evaluate the creative abilities of the individual – this is left to the experts at the big Opera Houses and Theaters’. Only the artistic directors and directors general who are responsible for the engagement at the respective house know what kind of profile, what kind of voice and what personality they need for their planned projects. They are the only ones who can evaluate whether an artist has sufficient potential for a promising future career.
As an organization therefore we do not offer as any singing- or acting- audits’ as the basis for making the decision for cooperation. The criteria for our decision are based on the evaluation of the submitted documents – representative curriculum vitae, comprehensive lists of repertoire, CD/DVD, existing stage experience, participation in master classes, won competitions and latest pictures.
Within this scope we particularly stress intensive discussions with the artist to find out how serious and engaged the incumbent is in developing his career.
To help the artist to further develop his career we try as hard as possible to get feedback from the Opera Houses and Theaters’ as only by competent, honest and constructive criticism one can work on deficiencies, insufficient training and wrong interpretations.
